Increase awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to improve understanding and expand your choices.

Acceptance

Accept the things you can't change, love yourself (warts and all) and improve relationships.

Action

Take a series of small and purposeful changes that create lasting impact for a better life (or business).

Not sure if I can afford it

My programmes begin at £99 per month and I have a range of options to suit your budget and needs.

Typically clients see me a couple of times per month and usually start seeing results within 90 days. 

You need to consider this investment against the price of not doing anything, and what inaction is costing you on your wellbeing, career, relationships and pocket.

 

Not sure if it will work for me

I understand. I've worked with counsellors myself in the past to help with some issues I was going through. The first counsellor was nice but it didn't help. The second person I saw helped me get my life back on track.

It's all about finding the right person to help you. The only way we'll know if that's me, is to for us to get together on a call and get to know one another a little.

The initial consultation is free and it will help you decide if I'm the right person to help you.

 

I'm not sure if I'm ready for coaching/CBT

People often feel like they have to get their ducks in a row before they can get the help they really need. In it's purest form, this is fear.

I'm not judging you. I've felt that way in the past too. 

What you really need is a little help. Coaching/CBT provides that help. If you're ready to stop feeling the way you do and start feeling better, it's time to start taking action.
